What happens if I go over my included credits?
Additional credits are billed at your volume tier rate — starting at $0.30 on Receptionist and $0.45 on Engage, dropping automatically as you use more. No service interruption, no surprises.
How does auto-tiering work?
Both plans have volume tiers. We track your usage each billing cycle and automatically apply the best rate. On Receptionist, rates drop from $0.30 to $0.20 as you grow. On Engage, from $0.45 down to $0.20. The rate applies to all credits that cycle, not just the overage.
Can I switch from Receptionist to Receptionist + Engage?
Anytime. Your Receptionist features stay, and you unlock campaigns, outbound AI, and multi-channel. AVA Credits carry over.
Is there a contract or commitment?
